Very neat and clean hotel. Everything works fine. The highlight of the hotel is that the staff is very helpful and courteous. We had great experience while dining in their restaurant- buffet and ala carte. The restaurant staff says YES to every request you have and delivers. Just wonderful.

Location was good , food was ok, nothing extraordinary. Taxes plus 11.00 service charge they charge is way too much for the service they provide.

One of the best Hotels in Gangtok. Location bit far from MG Road, but local taxi easily available. Very supporting staff at restaurant, reception and room service.
